Our final 2024 brew day took place in early October at Narrow Gauge Brewing Company in Florissant, a suburb in St. Louis. This time around, the talented team brewed a hazy Triple IPA, a style for which Narrow Gauge has become quite well known. Triple IPAs are a relatively new style of beer that have become increasingly popular in recent years. The main difference between a Double IPA and a Triple IPA is the alcohol content, but Triple IPAs are also more intense and flavorful than Double IPAs, with a thick, syrupy body.
Our Missouri Loves Company® Triple IPA is a bold, juicy delight brimming with intense flavors. This 10% ABV brew tempts the senses with an aroma of ripe melon, tropical fruit, and a touch of candy sweetness. Each sip delivers layers of melon candy, bright citrus, and lush tropical notes, all balanced by a smooth, creamy mouthfeel from the generous addition of oat malt and flaked oats.
