Paley and Erik Carmona have brought to KC a new meaning to Chamoy! With their unique flavors, candies, and Agua frescas they have taken Kansas City by storm! Only being around since Jan. 2022 they have made strides in the Hispanic world being at multiple pop-up events including Tacos and Tequila as being the first Chamoy business to be there! They have also been published in The Pitch Newspaper and Kansas City Magazine!
Paley has always dreamed of having her own business but at one point wanted it to be a bakery! With the love and passion of cooking, Carmona’s Chamoy was born! Paley has tried to bring traditional flavors and items from Mexico but with her own twist to the table!
Erik being Mexico born, brought Paley into the world of authenticity. With his family being the biggest part of his life! He wanted to bring his name into the business! Erik has always wanted to be able to have something his own, that his family could be apart of and proud of! Seeing his parents work endless hours from a very young age and trying to always put them first, family is the most important thing!
With Paley and Erik as owners they are also husband and wife! Making them the dynamic duo in every aspect! To make Carmona’s Chamoy not only achievable dream! But also bringing it to light for everyone!
